Hello and Welcome! I'm Daria Kostenko, an ordinary woman who eventually became a personal trainer and the founder of BodyBusiness.
After giving birth, I experienced depression because my life had been completely turned upside down. My body had changed, my free time had decreased, and my confidence was gone. I felt tired and unpleasant. I didn't like what I saw in the mirror and didn't feel comfortable in my own skin. I won't go into details about how the idea to go for a run occurred to me, but that's when the breakthrough happened.
I'm certified as a group fitness instructor, Pilates specialist, preventive spine trainer, personal trainer, and I'm also an ultra runner. Additionally, I work as a nutrition consultant. "My journey into the world of fitness began with running, a passion that has now become an integral part of my daily life. Through running, I've discovered the transformative power of movement, propelling me forward with each passing day.
My core beliefs center around the importance of prevention, the joy of physical activity, and a deep appreciation for outdoor training. There's something truly invigorating about exercising in the open air, and I'm a strong advocate for it. I firmly believe that sports possess the remarkable ability to heal and provide solutions for nearly every challenge life presents.
In my role as a personal trainer, I've observed that many individuals encounter difficulties finding both the time and motivation to maintain a consistent exercise routine. They often embark on fitness journeys with great enthusiasm, only to face setbacks when life's demands intervene. They start and stop, grappling with dissatisfaction about their bodies, wavering self-confidence, aches and pains, and entrenched habits. Amidst the daily hustle of parenting, work, household chores, and countless other responsibilities, it can be easy to lose momentum and then blame themselves for a perceived lack of perseverance.
If this sounds familiar, rest assured, you're not alone. I don't offer quick fixes or short-term programs. Instead, I advocate for a lifelong commitment to a healthier lifestyle.
